Imrans Ashraf Faces controversy as Alleged Sister Speaks out publicly

Imran Ashraf is one of the finest Pakistani actors. He performs every role so well that it feels like that the character was just written for him. His notable dramas include Namak Haram, Raqs-e-Bismil, Mushk, Alif Allah Aur Insaan, Wafa Kesi Kahan Ka Ishq, Kahin Deep Jalay, Dil Lagi and Ranjha Ranjha. His character as “Bhola” was  widely acclaimed and received a lot of appreciation from the fans because of the acting he put into it, a character which nobody else could have done. He is also going to star in upcoming drama Masoom alongside Sonya Hussain.

He is also known for hosting, and is currently hosting the popular comedy show Mazaqraat.

Imran Ashraf’s personal life always seems to make headlines, first his divorce from Kiran Ashfaque, and now the viral video involving his sister.

In this viral video, a woman claims to be Imran Ashraf’s real sister and speaks against him. She accused him of not recognizing his real sisters.

She said, “My name is Shazia Ashraf Awan, I am the elder sister of Imran Ashraf. We are from Rattowal, Sialkot. We were blessed with a brother, Imran Ashraf after so many prayers; one of our brothers Ali Abbas died, and I prayed for him from Allah. He is a great guy who has achieved all this success through hard work but he doesn’t take care of his sisters. Our father’s name is Muhammad Ashraf Awan. Our mother’s name is Zohra. All my siblings are well settled in their lives. I am from a mediocre background, but now my kids are doing well. We are three sisters and two brothers, and we have one stepbrother, Abbas Ashraf Awan”

She further said, “I feel sad to have such a brother who ignores his sister, he never visits or talks to his sisters. May Allah give caring brothers to everyone. Success is good but Imran Ashraf has forgotten his blood relations. He should not feel shy to introduce his siblings to the world. He doesn’t even recognize us now after getting fame; we pray for his success, but it’s painful to see him apart. I don’t know the woman whom he called his sister because his real sister is me”

Fans are confused after this viral video, and believe this matter should have been handled privately between the siblings instead of speaking out publicly.
